I am a researcher, artist, curator, and lecturer focusing on narratives and modalities of communication that shape socio-ecological transformation. I am the founder of Ecoslay, both a magazine and community organisation that explore boundaries of climate science communication, mobilizing the language and aesthetics of popular culture to engage diverse publics with ecological concerns.
In my artistic practice, I love to work collaboratively, with installation, lecture performance and text, and I love collaborating with metabolic processes like composting, fermentation or social metabolism.
I completed my PhD in Sociology at the Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research and Humbodt University Berlin, worked as a post-doc at the International Institute for Applied System Anaylsis and now currently a Visiting Scholar at Potsdam University, Institute for Arts and Media.
